Property finding - Whether establishing a portfolio or expanding an existing one, we search the market to find the best property for you. We will contact you with photographs and reports along with a list of recommended works required prior to letting.
Our recommended rental valuation report will assist you when placing an offer .
All qualifying tenants are fully vetted including financial and employment checks were necesary. They are required to provide appropriate character references and a security bond on your property not exceeding 5 weeks rent.
